We would like to invite everyone to join us Saturday October 22nd for our Trunk and Treat Halloween event. This is a great way for the kids to be able to Trick or Treat without walking throughout the Glen. This will be held in the Meadow from 6:00-7:30pm. We are inviting people to decorate their trunks and golf carts and hand out candy.
During the Trunk or Treat event we will also be selling tickets for our annual Family Christmas Party on December 3 . Tickets will be available for the event for 15$ per person. These tickets can be charged to your glen account and will be added to your dues bill for January.
We are needing volunteers for set up, take down, and day of help for our annual Family Christmas Party. There is a lot of work that gets put into this event and if we don’t have enough volunteers, we will need to cancel this event. These are the following dates for Volunteers:
Saturday November 5-Decorate
Saturday November 12-Finish set up (if needed)
Saturday November 26-Help wrapping
Saturday December 3-Christmas Party help
