Absentee Ballots Available @ Office
Don’t forget our Annual General Meeting coming up on April 27, 2019. If you are unable to attend, please consider casting a vote via an absentee ballot. You can pick one up at the Office, call or email a request to the Office and we will mail one to you.
Our new Absentee Ballot Box has been installed by the Office, providing a convenient way to cast a vote!
Since there is no need to have a ‘Meet the Candidates’ session this year, the board of directors has scheduled a Coffee Meeting on April 13, 2019, at Riverside Lodge from 2-4pm. This meeting is for members to discuss whatever issues or topics they would like to bring forth.

Brush Pickup Update
Our Maintenance Crew has finished picking up brush from the winter. Please do not leave any brush along the road. The next time we are allowing brush to be placed along the road is the week of May 27 – June 1.
We have brush trailers available for members to use if they so wish. Please contact Security to check-out a brush trailer.
Canadian Funds Discontinuation
Due to changes in banking regulations, The Glen will no longer be accepting Canadian funds as a form of payment starting July 1, 2019. This means, no CDN cash or CDN checks will be accepted. Any and all payments to The Glen must be made in U.S. funds.
